From national telemedicine platforms across four telecoms operators to enterprise ERP and workforce systems supporting thousands of users, my work sits where research meets delivery. I have built a reputation for making analytical insight operational, not theoretical.
My research advances the conversation on how organisations should govern AI and analytics — not merely deploy them. Three peer-reviewed papers across healthcare technology, digital culture, and social psychology. Two further papers in preparation: one reframing sentiment AI as a decision-shaping system, one applying Design Science Research to attrition reduction in ICT service ecosystems.
Through Aethryna Digital Skills Co-op CIC, I lead Skills Co-op, a community-led learning initiative closing digital capability gaps for underrepresented communities across the UK.
A rare dual perspective: the rigour of a quantitative researcher and the operational discipline of a delivery leader who has shipped systems at scale.
